• T-shirt sizing, fit, color, and material may vary by brand, style, cut, and manufacturer.

Orders, Payments, and Checkout

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. This includes your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and payment information.

Remi’s Kiosk accepts PayPal and major credit cards through secure third-party payment providers. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors, and Remi’s Kiosk does not intentionally store full credit card numbers on the website.

Remi’s Kiosk reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders when necessary, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable products, incomplete information, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or website errors.

Pricing, Taxes, and Availability

Prices, promotions, discounts, shipping rates, taxes, and product availability may change without notice. Remi’s Kiosk may correct pricing errors, update product information, cancel unavailable items, or adjust listings when necessary.

Taxes and shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated in the cart or at checkout. Final order totals may vary depending on product selection, shipping destination, available promotions, and checkout settings.

Shipping, Delivery, and Tracking

Remi’s Kiosk provides shipping to the United States and Puerto Rico. Most orders are processed and shipped within approximately 24 hours, Monday through Friday, when products are available and order information is complete.

Estimated delivery times for USA orders may be approximately 2–3 business days after shipment when carrier service is operating normally. However, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. More than 85% of orders may arrive within 10–15 business days, but delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, holidays, location, supplier processing, order volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Some items may ship separately from different partners, suppliers, or fulfillment locations. Customers may receive multiple packages for one order. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days after shipment to update in the carrier’s system.

Returns, Credits, and Final Sale Items

Returns, credits, and exchanges are handled according to the Remi’s Kiosk Shipping & Returns Policy and any specific product terms stated on the product page, checkout page, receipt, or written communication from Remi’s Kiosk.

• Jewelry labeled vintage, clearance, or final sale is sold as-is.
• Final sale jewelry items are not eligible for returns, credits, or exchanges.
• Refunds or credits are not available for T-shirts marked as sale, clearance, or final sale.
• Eligible T-shirts may be considered for return or credit only if postmarked within two days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in acceptable condition unless otherwise approved by Remi’s Kiosk.

Customers should contact Remi’s Kiosk with order details before sending back any item. Sending an item back does not guarantee a refund, credit, or exchange.

Discounts, Promotions, and Account Features

Remi’s Kiosk may offer discounts, promotions, coupon codes, email offers, sale pricing, or other limited-time offers. Promotions may have restrictions, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or limited availability.

Remi’s Kiosk may update, modify, suspend, or end promotions at any time. Promotions generally cannot be combined unless specifically stated in writing.

If account features are available, customers are responsible for keeping login information secure and for activity associated with their account.

Remi’s Kiosk reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, change website content, cancel unavailable products, refuse orders, adjust pricing, or suspend website features when necessary.
